In a 25- to 30-year-old community, the trees are the architecture. Done right, uplighting mature oaks and pines turns a Fairfield yard into something dramatic — canopies glowing from beneath, texture on the bark, long shadows across the lawn. We size and aim fixtures for trees that are already full, not saplings, and bury runs cleanly through established beds.
